Please be careful when choosing this lawyer. My husband was being represented by G Mesa. Most of the time to speak to said lawyer you had to make an appointment and he was always in a bad mood. We had to notify him when we would get letters from immigration instead of vice versa and he would never translate them for us. My husband had a deportation and they opened the case but never closed it penalizing my husband in the process. I speak English and Spanish , understand more English so when I would go with my husband for clarification on what was going on he seemed annoyed I was even there. Every time we asked why it was taking so long( 7 years )the several years we were with him and my husband never seemed to get any real answers. It was always the same response “ we’re waiting on them”. I guess that was just more proof that he really didn’t know what he was doing. I understand some cases lawyers don’t always win. But if you didn’t know what you were doing please don’t take peoples cases or money. Over $10,000 was given to this man only for him to say “ we’re waiting on them”. I should have gone and seen the reviews people were leaving him before going to see him. All reviews I’ve seen are bad. But I went on a reference. We’ve been to multiple lawyers since G Meza , to understand what went wrong here. Everyone of them has stated he did us wrong. I don’t understand sometimes how it’s our own people, Hispanics doing OUR OWN people wrong. Do not go here and if you do , be careful and do your own research and ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION!!!

The Gino Mesa Law firm and his team were great. My case took a long time due to Covid, but everyone in his team did an amazing job getting every package ready, and I got approval for each application sent. A big shout out to Edis Simon, who was always very patient when I was getting all the documents together and always provided guidance. She is very dedicated and humble, definitely a keeper.
