The abuse of the citizen's taxes being used against us is strong here. Using undercover vehicles to stop people in traffic is cowardly and abuse of power. If you can't stop people in your regular patrol vehicles then you need to be in a different profession.

I had to go to traffic court for a speeding ticket. I tried to reschedule a week in advance because the court date interferred with a funeral. You have to reset the court date before a week in advance so I was unable to reset the date. On the scheduled court date the judge did not show. I missed a funeral and she did not show. It was reset .

Went to the reset date and court was scheduled to start at 1pm. She arrived at 1:20. Wish they were that lenient with their speeds. She then dealt with all of the cases with lawyers first. That took over an hour and did not get into any of the non lawyer cases until 2:40. On one case she called a clerk to discuss the details of a law/fine. Then continued to carry a conversation with the baliff and another person about their family relationship.

This is the most disorganized circus act of traffic court I've ever witnessed. It's good to know where the money of Galena Park is going to accommodate such high intellectual court and judiciary process. At least the officers are all driving new suburbans.

My husband and mother-in-law went on 12/29/20 to get a permit for a garage sale and they said there was a tall hispanic lady that was very rude. There's no excuse for that. Y'all need to hire someone with manners and who cares about customer service.

Do something about that damn train on Clinton already. It is not entitled to mine or anyone else's finite time. Don't tell me they pay their taxes. I pay mine too, it's no excuse. Folk already give up between 8 to 9 hours of their dwindling lives to work in your stank town, that train has no right holding anyone up any further.

I went to go for a garage sale permit during COVID19. Called beforehand to make sure they were open to go in and was told they accepted cash, credit or money order. I go there and the doors are locked they didn’t allow anyone in and they said cash wasn’t accepted.

Very bad service, in the water department. Been waiting 10 minutes. Called again through another phone number and they left me on hold again. Unacceptable!!
