Do NOT hire Deena Gans for your divorce case. One of the worst decisions I 've made over the past few years was electing her to represent me in my case. At first, she acted eager and able to help me with my case. As time went on and she interacted with the opposing attorney, she began to believe false, unsubstantiated claims that the opposing attorney and my now ex-wife were making about me. Instead of talking to me or asking me questions about those false claims, it was apparent that she was believing his word over mine. She used this as an out to threaten to stop representing me. To make things worse, she feigned a medical condition in order to bilk me out of my money (over $5,000) and stop working on the case. To top everything off, she attempted to keep the balance of my unused retainer fee until I hounded her endlessly to finally get my money back. Search Fairfield County for an attorney who might do right by you, but this attorney here is not your answer.

This law firm I hire to represent me, was representing my ex-partner more than me, they made me do things in which I became homeless after owning 4 homes, they don’t look for your interest, they charge you about $400 per hour and they take your money and do nothing to help you, I lost over $10k , don’t hire this firm, you will regret every moment you did.
