Gary Wells recently completed a Family Trust for my wife and me. I found him to be very knowledgeable, professional, personable and most important, focused on the specific needs of the Trust. He always promptly responded to my (many) questions, explained everything in detail, and when appropriate, suggested options. He never rushed me in this process and genuinely wanted the Trust to fit our specific needs and legal requirements. In addition to the Trust, Gary prepared the numerous Power of Attorney and medical directive documents for my wife and me that everyone needs to have. My wife and I needed to update our wills and establish a trust for our estate as well as update other documents, such medical powers of attorney, directive to physicians, etc etc. After several calls with various Attorneys in the DFW area, I met with Gary at our initial consultation. I was put at ease during the meeting and Gary was patient and answered all my questions. The service that Gary provided was above and beyond what we expected, and we were very appreciative of the accommodations he extended to us. Gary was thorough and took care of our needs and his documentation presentation upon completion was second to none! As we have several firearms it was an added bonus that he could incorporate and address firearm legalities for the trust. We highly recommend Gary. for any estate planning needs you may have.
