This staffless hotel was a great deal for the amenities and location. It's early in the season and my room wasn't ready like the heater wasn't plugged in and the smoke alarm needed to be replaced, but both things were easily fixable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans and salt, pepper and spices. There was a coffee maker and one pack of coffee but you have to bring your own coffee for more than one pot. I would definitely return even though aspects were in need of renovation. The pool and hot tub were fine. There were no pool towels as stated in the welcome flyer. Maybe when it's high season they will be there.
Plenty of bedding.

Very disappointing experience. Booked a room thru Travelocity and was given a check in address that was unmanned after 7 pm. Found a number t I call and was sent to another location to check in. Got into the room and it was too hot, ac didn't work, so had to run a noisy box fan all night. The common areas were all overheated as well. Rooms ok, but run down and dated. Front desk staff are condescending and seem to enjoy gaslighting guests who complain. I won't be coming back.

We are pretty much hooked on this place. I don't think you can get a better value closer to the hill. The pool is awesome the dishwasher is work amazing. Easy parking. We were very happy

We went there for a friend's birthday, for about 4 days. it was an Airbnb it was nice, really close to the ski area, and have free shuttle nice little shops too. I would go again!?(F.Y.I) drive can be treacherous it took a while for us to get there because it was whiteout conditions. This was in the winter, of course, hence skiing LOL.

The person checking us in was very friendly, and very informative. We enjoyed our stay here. The bed was comfy and had the amenities we needed. It was convenient to eateries and things to do. We enjoyed the view we had. We left an item in our room after we had checked out and the community there came out in a timely manner to open the room up for us to retrieve our item. We loved it here so much we will be back next year! Thank You!

The room was beautiful. I had a wonderful time. Im giving this a 3 star only because feel like housekeeping could've done a better job. There was trash still in the trash cans, food under the table, a butter knife under the couch. And the parking garage was terrible the ceiling was so incredibly low we had to remove out snowboard before enter and there was only one exit so if there was no parking and a car behind you it causes a mess. Other than that it was great! The owner was very responsive when I needed assistance.

We booked this room with a large extended family. We had plenty of places to sleep, and it was fairly easy to all find a place to sit around the family room or at kitchen table. Kitchen had most items needed to cook, although it felt like a college apartment kitchen. ||Carpet and floor was fairly worn and dirty. Washer and dryer worked, but we had to put a chair to hold the door closed on dryer. Heat worked well. ||Shuttle picks up right outside. Easy to get there and park. Highway can be a little noisy. I would recommend a room not facing the highway. ||Overall, the trip was a success, and this place serves its purpose. I would stay here again, but only if the cost is reasonable, and I am bringing lots of kids.

Overall stay, couldn't get better!
It was quiet (although, have to account our trip was during off-ski season), there is The Haywood Cafe just in front of the building, making breakfast/brunch so easy.

No complaint/s.
Highly recommend.
