Hello, I was injured in a rideshare car accident back in September of 2024.I was injured pretty bad, and went to urgent care later that evening, because at that time I was feeling bad, even the next day I felt like I was hit by a train.I really didn't want to deal with attorneys at first knowing that they might not take my case or how much share of the percentage of the settlement they would take if any. I tried to deal with the at fault driver's insurance and found out their driver had accepted liability for the accident. They wouldn't disclose anything about his policy and I figured he probably had low limits like most drivers do in Colorado, so they offered a very very low settlement and for what my family was going through at the time, I accepted the offer.The insurance company sent me the funds immediately and the claim was closed. About two weeks went by and I wasn't feeling better, so my wife mentioned to me that I should call an attorney this time to see about my rights and if there was still something to be done. I had called three big attorneys, and they all have big billboards up and all have radio commercials, along with TV ads saying they can help anyone in an accident that they win big, and will get you the money you deserve. Well I will tell you this. I gave each the same info, told all that I received a settlement from the insurance company, even as small as it was, and they told me they couldn't help me, because I settled the claim, and it was too late. So I wasn't going to give up, and there I was on the side of the road and saw a billboard for attorney Dominic Genco Injury Attorney.
