Accidents are such lifechanging events, and navigating the aftermath can feel so overwhelming. But it doesnt have to be. Georgia Trial Attorneys were an advocate for me and an amazing team in my corner through all of it. From ensuring everything as documented to going to bat for me with insurance and medical providers. FIND A NEW FIRM BEFORE ITS TOO LATE. Imagine having to go through the whole accident process and then having to battle the firm that’s supposed to work for you for your settlement.
This is me giving updates over months of dealing with these people.
12/23/24 finally got the settlement.
12/20/24 Ok so I just called and was given a fresh lie. I was told that my money was released to my bank on the 17th. My bank (navy federal) hasn’t received ANYTHING! They are giving me the run around and this is sad.
Now, at 3 in the afternoon after having to go back and forth with someone in their settlement department and waiting on a callback, I was given a confirmation number. I wasn’t immediately important because as she said, she was handling other clients.
MY CASE WAS SETTLED BEFORE THANKSGIVING AND THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN ME MY SETTLEMENT!
My case was given to them in 2021 for an accident that happened in 2020 and I’m still waiting. My case must not be important enough for me to receive monthly updates. I guess I’ll have to wait another few months for my update. I’ll continue to leave reviews so people will know what I am going through so they can know what to expect from this firm……… after texting them and calling Montlik I got a call basically telling me I have to continue to wait. 2/15/24. I’ll edit and update whenever I hear from them again. I’m supposed to receive updates every two weeks now after calling them today. EDIT… spoke to the owner and Jennifer, communication has gotten better…..12/17/24. Case is settled with me receiving a portion of the settlement that could have been given years ago out of someone’s pocket. I’m even getting the run around about getting the settlement after I’ve given my bank information. I had to call and make sure I didn’t give my banking information to scammers because apparently they lie to each other about when and how they do things…..oh, and a week later, they still refuse to give me the money. This case was settled in November before thanksgiving.
