The thing about lawsuits is that they mean nothing until the other party is served. Knowing this, I hired Get Em Process Servers to effectuate service on a couple of extortionist miscreants who were absolutely intent on doing everything they possibly could to avoid being served. Get Em Process Servers were absolutely relentless. They visited the residence on 7 different occasions, on different days, at different times - including one time attempting service at 9pm at night! They tried to effect service at these people's place of work, and even tried to serve them in court (they didn't show up to court.) Finally, on the eighth attempt, on a Sunday afternoon, they caught them coming out of their home, and served them on their front driveway. The guy being served tried to refuse to take the papers, and Get Em Process Servers started recording video of the papers being given to this guy and him whining about it while trying to refuse to accept the papers. If it wasn't for Get Em's relentlessness and their quick thinking to take video of these people attempting to refuse service, I'd be out of luck. Thank you so much for your help. You guys are miracle workers!!!

I called this business for specific instructions after paying for two service documents to two separate individuals. One is a minor and the other is the parent of the minor. I was told by the business they would call me immediately back and never received a call. They also told on the phone that they would serve both individuals on Monday. The server never showed after both individuals agreed to wait at home for him.
The next day the minor calls me stating the server served both her (the minor) without her mom present after she repeatedly told him to leave because "Shes a minor". The server abruptly handed the documents to the minor and not just served the minor alone at home but also served her mother's documents as well without the mother being there to receive her own service documents. This place is a freaking scam. I paid this business because I saw the incredible reviews and wanted to believe this place had the competence to get the job done.
When the minor told me what happened we called the office and spoke with a women whom never apologized for the inconvenience and rudely tried to get us off the phone. Don't waste your money on this cheap business. The reviews are fake and they clearly don't know how to run a business honestly or accordingly to the law.

This company continually misled us. First they lied to my wife, saying they would attempt service on a particular day which they did not end up doing. They failed to call and communicate that the first attempt would in fact not happen until a later date despite promising her a call back. After service finally happened, it took multiple phone calls and nearly a full week to receive proof of service. Customer service is poor as well, always feeling annoyed and rushed.

After leaving a bad review, we received a call from Johnny, who tried to bribe us with $60 back to change our review. When we refused to be bought off, he stooped as low as using his dead wife to try to gain sympathy. When we purchased service from this company, we did so in large part because of the 5-star rating, but now I wonder how many poor reviews they have bought away and how legitimate they ratings really are.
