I have had the experience to compare personal injury attorneys/firms. I worked with another attorney (before I knew Galine, Frye, Fitting & Frangos - GFF&F) for my case and then later with GFF&F for a loved one. I desperately wish I had had the opportunity to have GFF&F represent me in my case. I am convinced of three things that would have changed my life. Navigating and hiring legal counsel is not the easiest. Many firms wont even pick up your call, and others will push you into agreements so they can move to the next case. GFF&F and Dean Tsagaris are NOT that! They are on your side from Day 1. Worked with Dean. Highly recommend GFF&F as they will manage everything and all you need to do is show up where they tell you to go and provide any necessary context. We would have regular check-ins on the progression of my health as well as the case and Dean did a good job to level-set expectations on what happens and in what order/timeframe. In my particular case, we ended up getting a lot more than expected and I credit that entirely to the team and their efforts.

Also, would just like to point out the fact that they have all 5 star reviews which is generally a potential red flag in case there areally incentives for leaving a positive review. That is not the case here and I genuinely believe the rest of these reviews are also of similar experience as myself. Just a really good, standup group of lawyers helping their clients.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Let's start there. I interviewed/consulted with four different attorney's specializing in employment/employee discrimination issues.

I first had contact with GFF&F in Dec of 2023. I had experienced a major issue with my employer. I was directed to consult with one of their employment attorney's, Tristan Verburgt.

I chose to work with Tristan and the GFF&F team because of Tristan's demeanor and approach. Tristan listened - and I don't mean he was quiet and took notes; Tristan was involved in understanding every facet and detail of my employment issue(s). He asked questions no other attorney had asked, he invested a decent amount of time being attentive to details. We had similar communication norms so that was extremely beneficial; I was able to sum up our conversations via email with next steps and shared Google Docs with evidence and supporting documents with him for review to keep our back-and-forth to a minimum.

Tristan was realistic with me: he gave me a real timeframe for my time to complete/resolve the issues with my employer along with accurate expectations. While his timeline was longer than the other attorney's, I realize that nothing of quality happens quickly. I felt I could trust Tristan and, to be completely candid, I really liked his demeanor. He is calm, strategic, and thorough. Not only did I feel he was the best for the job of representing me, I felt he was the most professional attorney I had met.

I've worked with other attorney's for various other legal needs throughout my life: Real Estate/Probate, HOA representation, Divorce, etc. I have not come in contact with such professionalism and organization with any other lawyer. I find most lawyers to be overpriced, somewhat unprofessional, unorganized, and lackluster at best. It couldn't be a more opposite experience with GFF&F.

I am very appreciative for the work GFF&F put into my case. It isn't an easy process to go through a scenario like I experienced. I do feel they made the best possible outcome for the situation I was experiencing.
