Not knowing my rights I chose to contact a lawyer and I'm so glad I did. 2 years ago i was in 2 accidents with both my kids in the car! and neither were my fault but of course i had to get a rental and the body shop had my car for 4 months! We had medical bills that were up the ying yang and had to go to chiropractor 3times a week for months, it sucked. And then i had my second accident and same thing medical bills, appts all winter long with my kids, car got totalled out that time and i had to pay SO MUCH for an accident that wasnt my fault. They had great communication, they would call to check in, get more info. Sometimes theyd text real quick with another question here and there throughout the year. Alex called me a few times personally and told me about himself and i got to know him in a more personal level as well as all the girls at the law firm. I could e sign all my documents so i didnt have to miss any work and it was all so convenient. They told me not to talk to my insurance ever again and they were taking care of things. They totally had my back the whole time and even when it was all over and they fought and argued for me to get the best payout they could for me i genuinely felt like they were so happy for me, happy to help me and my family and happy to do their jobs and get me what i deserved.

I was struck by a drunk driver. I went to Glacier Law Firm, and Alex agreed to represent me. Even though I have been dealing with a brain injury, I was given a complex list of items I needed to find and provide to Alex. One of them was my most recent taxes. My accountant could not file taxes as we were waiting on the IRS to acknowledge a previous amendment that would affect our current filing. This took several months for the IRS to do this, which is not surprising. During that time, Alex became impatient and dropped me from his caseload. I pled with them to reconsider, and I did not receive so much as a reply. So be warned: They will NOT advocate for you unless it is very convenient for them. If there is a delay—even one beyond your control—you’ll be tossed to the curb, and all the hard work you’ve put into it will be deleted. My experience with GLF was that they have no compassion, no human empathy. Only thirst for more money. I have since been represented by a different firm, and they easily led me to a lucrative settlement.
