This is the worst immigration law office in the Hartford area, avoid if possible. Hired Marcus the attorney here but over the span of years was only ever able to speak to his assistant Argjiro Bellinghausen, who only text to communicate. Still haven’t received my green card after 3 years.

I hired this man in February 2024 to work on my husband greencard which had been denied due to the fact that the medical surgeon sent in the medical envelope incomplete and missing certain vaccines..Attorney Marcus Daniel who is one of the top 100 attorneys in the US accepted the case and instead of him working on the medical, he chose to appeal the case my husband got denied a second time in April 2024.Attorney Marcus charged me $1,675 only to get denied..Now attorney Marcus Daniel wants me to refile my husband Greencard something that's not necessary its all about the money robbing Jamaicans and charging high prices he wants $4000 now to refile..When the USCIS states what he should do in the denial notice letter..Reason for my 1 star rating is only to enter to comment I would never recommend him and these two ladies are very difficult and quite rude and unconscionable I'd avoid them

I made an appointment to meet with Att Marcus. I was not informed that he is on sick leave. When I arrived I was told I was meeting his assistant. When I asked her about meeting with him Argi told me he was on sick leave and that he would be available by phone. She was very abrupt and almost argumentative as if she was in a trial. I asked her questions and one of them she did not know which brings me back to the point that I did not make the appointment with her. Had I known the attorney who btw is getting quite a few people coming to him because the law firm has a foothold in the immigrant community through the past interactions (my grandfather used them). Needless to say I found another lawyer the same day with answers. I read the reviews before going but felt that since there was history with the law firm the reviews were biased. They are not. I paid $100 for 20 minutes of getting information that is readily available on the internet without the obvious attitude or surcharge. Oh and you will be reminded about the exorbitant fees at every step of the "consultation". She should just start off with a price list for each session. It was a waste of my time but a lesson learned about paying attention to reviews.

Its the cold and callous response that was not appreciated daniel. I knew all the answers before i went and only wanted to see if there were benefits to using this service. Your response here shows that you have lost whatever touch the ones before you built. I will spread the word that this is now a money making machine devoid of any human contact. If argi is the new face of your company you may want to consider some make up...although the old saying about lipstick etc may hold true here.

Don’t waste your money, wouldn’t even tell me the cost over the phone. Had to setup an appointment which cost $100 . Then told me it will cost another $600 and depending on what happened next it would be another $1000 . Do yourself a favor and shop around, if they can’t give you an idea on what it will cost before you pay them a dime , then don’t use them.
