**Red Flag Alert**

The Graham Family Law Firm is in the business of taking your hard-earned money. I went to this law firm for an enforcement motion, and Jamie Graham (the owner) quoted me a $5,000 retainer. However, a $5,500 contract was sent for me to pay, which I promptly did. (First Red Flag)

(The second red flag) I informed Jamie Graham that I had video evidence and requested her input on this three-minute video. Ms. Graham assured me she would provide her thoughts on the video related to my case after the free consultation, but that never happened.

The third red flag—and the main reason I terminated my contract with Graham Family Law—was when the attorney asked me to resend videos, court documents, and rewrite statements that had no relevance to what I was hiring them to do. Additionally, my assigned attorney, Cory Booth, told me that he didn't need my money because there was plenty of business out there, yet he billed me $400 an hour just to discuss his own personal experiences, which had nothing to do with my case, for about 40 minutes during the intake process. At that point, I realized I should run, as the firm seemed more interested in my money than in actually helping me.

I can't say whether this law firm would have been good or not, but I can confirm that they were aware of the other money-hungry lawyers I had previously hired, all of whom I had bad experiences with, including:

- Jamie Graham
- Cory Booth
- Janine Cupidt
- Freddie Ruiz
- Joseph Lassen
- Zachary Green
- Dominic Negron

These attorneys are what I refer to as "Red Flag attorneys," and their ratings do not reflect their true nature.

Be warned: I terminated my $5,500 contract with Graham Family Law and was able to recover $5,100. Had I continued dealing with them, I would have been penniless and still waiting to resolve my legal matter.

Now, at least, I can search for a genuine attorney who won't take my money unlawfully.

No matter what, divorce is not easy for anyone, especially when children are involved. We can't thank Tracy Ross enough for representing our son throughout this difficult time. Some attorneys are cold, egotistical and even nonsensical, but not Tracy, she listens, presents facts and fights with all of her heart, I have to say, it was truly amazing to see her in action. We highly recommend Tracy for all attorney needs, you will not regret it, I know we couldn't have done this without her.

I first reached out to Graham Family Law in 2021. Though divorce is always a difficult process, they made it as simple and straightforward as possible. Now years later, I ended up needing an official decree, but did not have many people to contact since moving away. I needed a divorce lawyer, and didn't know anyone except my best friend from another town-who is a very good lawyer. His advice to me was this. "The problem you have in San Antonio is most of the lawyers that take your case will abandon you if you have to go to court. Make sure you ask if they are willing to go to court, if necessary". I saw the Graham Family Law website, reviewed it, and decided to consult with them. Rob Biggers, and I talked. He guaranteed me that if I had to go to court he would be right by my side. I was facing a deposition, enforcement orders, and a hostile attempted takeover of my business by my wife. Rob was with me every step of the way, and his expert handling of my case resulted in only one trip to court. He did his research, and essentially ended my hostile ex-wife, and her bulldog attorneys case. As a result we settled it the first, and only day I had to go to court. No deposition, no enforcement, no linking of any of my business, to the settlement. It was over on day one. I know that you will not always be this fortunate in a divorce case. I feel empathy for anyone going through it. However, if you have a great, hard working lawyer, and a good legal team like Rob, and Lisa Salinas you have the best fighting chance. Call them. I am very grateful that I did.
