Dont deliver food here uber eats grubhub doordash...they placed a massive catering order did not tip 1 dime...doordash only pays drivers a base pay (2-4 dollars) we rely on tips. If you cant afford to tip dont order through the app better yet go get it youself!

They were so perfect. Deeply appreciated. They educated me on my rights. I used to hate Newsom. Now I have a whole new respect for him. If you pay your rent and take care of your place then you feel safe and secure. Until you have a slumlord dirty money hungry landlord that defaults on you and has no idea what they've just gotten themselves into..

Experienced legal mal practice, from two, departmental supervisors.

Also, experienced incompetency from a departmental supervisor.

Some lawyers ignore their clients in violation of California State Bar ethics.

GBLA has system, in place, for grievances, although, I’ve asked repeatedly,

New, executive director manipulates rather addresses the legal mal practice of his superiors.

Mainline refuses, to inform clients, of boarding meetings, which, are required of nonprofits.

Chair of Board has NOT responded to my contact.

They say they can't give legal advice. When you are clearly not asking for legal advice. And you tell them you aren't! I was asking, what is the current laws for the state. They are a legal firm. So they should be able to tell you what the laws are, right? If they want business. They should have competent employees.

Leticia, throne who answered calls when I called for help was more worried about the time to get off work then the person needing help. I tried calling the day before and because I get off work at 5pm as well it was difficult to get to them before they closed but still managed to get that in before 5 and felt like instead of the screening they do to see if I eligible she covers no question other than to say we're about to close. No lawyer needs to be present to see about eligibilibilty. I asked about an employee who asked me to hold and ended up hanging up on me the day before. I was not rude, disrespectful, or anything like that. I was cordial.and polite. I sense they all want to get off work at 5 which I get. Everyone does but to use the last 20 minutes on the phone with her going over the excuses of why she didn't see about my eligibility and instead talking redundancy blows me away. I asked if she was the one who hung up on me and she said yes. Rude. Very wrong person for that job. So I may have missed a critical timeline because her not asking me questions to be screened and talked about why there was no point in asking. She said no lawyers were present. You don't have to have lawyers present or in the office to answer a few questions to get approved or declined. She is the one that asks them after all. She was rude and insensitive to timelines and doesn't appear to realize she could have asked her questions (which doesn't take long at all, I had someone represent me there before) she chose to use the passing time from 4:40pm till 4:59 for nothing at all. Thumbs down to the staff. Enough to actually write a review. Sad.
