As I write this review, my case is ongoing. However, the firm has already secured for me -- in reasonable time -- all available No Fault coverage for my resulting spinal surgery and medical treatments, as well as reimbursement for related losses and expenses. Greenspan & Greenspan also successfully sued the defendant, leading his insurer to tender the entire amount of its client's policy to settle our lawsuit. Now, we turn to my own carrier to claim damages under my Supplementary Under-Insured Motorist coverage. Given the "half-time score" at this time, I'm optimistic about the outcome of that pursuit.
