Having been a tenant in several New York City co-working spaces, I am happy to report that Stark is in a different league. Superb support from the manager, spotless premises, and immediate attention to problems. Excellent fitness facility on premises, and a brilliant decision to have a different food truck every day at lunchtime.

Be careful in doing business with these guys. I think their properties are great although we didn't get a chance to stay int hem as we had an agreement all in place and then they rented out from under us last minute.
Whilst i understand the business decision (it was a longer lease than what we were signing, it was a really shady practice.
Just this in mind if you are thinking about renting from them.
