Greg has been a figure in my shoreline property life for almost two decades, in a variety of roles and circumstances. The first moments of an interaction with Greg tells you all you need to know about him--he loves his job and he loves helping people, and he's highly effective in doing both.

I first met Greg as a commercial tenant of his clients (my landlords); I'd misplaced my keys and had to get a copy before my sessions later that day. My landlords suggested I call Greg, who drove an extra key set from Branford to my home in New Haven so I could go to work that day! From then on, Greg and his team members have been my go-to for all things real estate, including two house purchases and one sale (happening this month!).

Our interactions also included crazy, anxiety-producing situations such as the time I had two weeks to move out and find a short term lease that would allow me to bring my dog and kid for two months until I closed on my condo! One call to Greg later, and I had a safe place to land until I closed.

Greg's knowledge of the market, of trends, of trusted, reliable referral resources is also highly useful. The inspector and mortgage guy he recommended were superb, helped me feel supported and got me to my purchase finish line.

I also appreciate how Greg is both friendly and supportive, but also has the guts and savvy to stand up for his clients, too. When an appraisal or inspection report comes back with issues, Greg will make sure they'll be taken care of before closing. Also I appreciated how, when touring homes together, he would point out what's WRONG with the house instead of trying to talk you into a purchase you don't love. He knew my dream house criteria and wouldn't let me settle for anything less.

To sum up why Greg is the only realtor I'll ever use, it's this: he'll have your back, he'll treat you like family, and he loves leading people to the home of their dreams.
