The absolute best accounting firm! Reliable, knowledgeable and responsive! Everyone here, from Dona the receptionist to Norm/John.... Are incredible. We have never had an unpleasant conversation or met anyone who isn't customer service focused.

This is the 2nd year Norm has done my taxes and the last. He is a nice man and I’m sure very capable but he’s more for people who have extra money to spend when mistakes are made. He is a “boutique” accounting firm which is exactly right. Clients he’s had for years that he can loosely communicate with and prepare taxes based on conversations. They prepared my estimated quarterly taxes based on a number “they were under the impression” was correct, never followed up with me, never asked any questions and now I owe $35k that I should have been paying all year. His partner’s response was “it is what it is”. The only plus is that Norm and I talked on the phone, not by email, to try to work it out and he didn’t charge me. He’s not for new clients or people who don’t have a lot of extra money laying around. Wish I’d kept looking instead of hiring him.
