This is an easy place to load potatoes in and out usually less than an hour. All trucks park in the dirt lot across from the main building and call to check in this will make it easy for you and them.

3 and a half hours to get loaded.. I've had worse waiting times and I've had better.. the employees were friendly and I only spent about 30 minutes in the dock.. all the time waiting was for them to get the load ready.. I even called ahead but it didn't seem to help.. overnight parking is okay but you need to go down the street to the Pepper Equipment Company Scale and weigh empty before you check in.. it's $8 cash or $9 debit/credit card..

Brought a load of pallets and have been sitting here since they opened and here it is a hour before they close and they still haven’t unloaded me. All they can tell me is they are making room for them well here’s a thought if you didn’t have space for them why order them.

Always a pleasure to get a load here. The folks are nice, and most of the time, they hold up their end of the bargain in terms of loading times. Unless its busy, it won't take 30 min for them to load. Now on the days its busy, they will be slick on those detention times. They only document when you get in a dock until you get out, not from when you check in. Then they make you initial the times to avoid any detention liability. If you are picking up here and early, there's lots of room to park if you need somewhere to sleep for the night

Picked up a load from here.
Friendly people, you can talk to the loader guy, I asked him to load Single-Double-Single pattern and was legal.
In and out within an hour.
Do yourself a favor and get your empty weight from a nearby scale. It’s on the same side of the highway, couple hundred feet away from the facility, you can’t miss it.

Truckers: Best people I’ve met. Very friendly and efficient. No wait time whatsoever. As soon as dock was available got loaded. Easy to find and great back up space. Great experience with these people.

The secretary was one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. They asked me to remove my jewelry even though we have a required face covering. I just got my piercing so I’m not able to take them out right now. There was no compromise. They told me I couldn’t work there anymore and wouldn’t even let me use the phone to call for my ride, they made me walk to Dairy Queen. The boss never did properly explain to me what my hours would be the first day I started working. He told me to have my ride come at noon. When she got there, I had to inform her it was only a lunch break and then I had to work an undefined amount of hours. They are unreasonable and not good people to work for. It was uncalled for to not allow my to use the phone to call my ride to pick me up.
