Would definitely refer Guerra Days Law Group..I didn't know how to go about what I needed and they walked me step by step and did everything for me...even the filing of the document...they were very prompt and charged me a very reasonable flat rate...Customer service is a 10 out 10...will be going to them for other help I need...Thank you Guerra Law group ..

The Guerra Days Law Group and staff are a very competent, professional, understanding and compassionate team you will want on your side. I recommend them to everyone wanting a team to answer any questions you have concerning real estate, especially as in my case, sale of a house with minor children being heirs and needing permission to sell their interest a property. They answered the phone right away. I told Steve what we needed and he said they can take care of it. He told me he needed to ask about a couple of things and would get back to me. He did with about 20 minutes! He answered all of questions and made me feel assured. Even after I called back with more questions, Steve was understanding, kind and helpful. He even drove to my 88 year old mom's house so she wouldn't have to get out. She recently broke her arm. Once here he was polite, knowledgeable and quick. Steve took great care of us. I recommend this firm. No hassle, professional and fair prices.

Eric Days and Steve Guerra, were not only extremely accommodating to our time sensitive case, but they also did an excellent job reviewing our documents and giving us a piece of mind that enabled us to move forward with our offer/purchase of our home. Walking into Guerra Law group I felt welcome immediately by Steven after speaking to Eric Days he made me feel very comfortable and he is very professional this office is amazing anybody who has friends are family please recommend them to this Law Group they will not regret it!
