I struggled to get my disability claim approved and was declined ( as most people are ) and had to appeal that decision with additional medical paperwork and Dr. letters. And finally decided that I needed help. I hired Hallinan & Killpack to assist me. And within 3 months of retaining them, I was approved ( after 4 long years of battling with SSD ). ALSO, after speaking with Jeremy Killpack, in regards to the fees that the law firm is able to charge ( was max 7200. In AZ. But has since been increased as of 2025 to 9200. ), he was VERY FAIR and only charged me HALF of the fee, since my case was so quickly resolved! It surprised me to see a law firm NOT charge the max ( even when it was within their legal rights to do! ) and actually listen and FAIRLY treat a client! Thank you to Jeremy and the entire team at HK for your hard work and assistance, and I will ALWAYS refer anyone I know to you all to help! 🙏🏻 God bless!!

I thought I could represent myself. Thank goodness I didn't. I found Hallinan and Killpack on Google. They are on Pima St, I knew I could successfully drive there. Best decision. My SSDI was long and tedious, they never gave up. When I was stressed or confused they were there for me, even the front desk folks. I would highly recommend them.

Very organized and professional! The communication throughout the lengthy process was awesome. So many forms follow-ups, and stages. It's impossible to complete this process without expert professional help.
