Don't go here, they don't help you at all. They usually try to get you to overstate your assets. Then they have told me things that are not accurate. They will not help you at all, help you understand what this or that means. So no need to get a lawyer you can just file yourself and not know anything. They go through stuff harder than the trustee.

Absolutely horrible experience. I spoke with them last Tuesday for an initial consultation, expressed urgency that I needed to have this filed by the following Tuesday, got ALL of my information to them by Thursday afternoon, followed up with them Friday morning to see when we could have this file. Was told to give her a bit to get everything put in and have the file reviewed then she would reach out to set up a signing appointment. Didn't hear anything back that day. I followed back up Monday morning, reminding them of the urgency to get filed by the next day, and was told she was having the file reviewed and once she gets back will reach out to set up a singing appointment and get the case filed. Didn't hear anything back that day. Reached out yesterday morning, expressed my anxiety about needing it filed that day, and got a very rude reply back, stating she was still waiting for the file to come back from being reviewed and if I did not feel it was going quickly enough that I was free to go to another attorney. I replied back that I still wanted to work with her, only because now I was in a tight spot with having time to go to another attorney. That was yesterday morning, as of Wednesday evening I have yet to hear back. Meanwhile, I did call another attorney this morning and was able to get an emergency petition filed TODAY! Absolutely horrible service and experience, DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I can't say enough how well our bankruptcy was handled by this law firm. I never waited more than a day to hear back from them when I sent emails. Every question I had was answered clearly so I could understand the process. Everyone in the office was courteous. We are very happy with how we were treated and how things were handled.

have made several phone calls to the office about my case, not one time have they even offered to call me back. I don't understand what I'm paying for if they are not going to answer my questions during my bankruptcy, I am continually ignored, even walked into the office and there was no one in there but was told they were getting ready to do a signing so no one could help me, this is the worst ever I've been treated. I do not recommend that you go with this attorney at all find one that will return your calls and address your needs not ignore them. I have literally called over 6 times and walked in once so far and nothing.Very upset with this.
