When my 81-year-old mother was struck in a cross-walk by a distracted driver, leaving her badly injured, I immediately knew we would need a reputable attorney. Living across the country, I couldn't get any personal recommendations, but an Internet search led me to Marjorie Heinrich. She met all the essential criteria (not afraid to litigate, had won large sums for past clients), and I liked that Heinrich Law is a small outfit. My initial interactions with some bigger firms felt really impersonal. So I chose Marjorie, and we were not disappointed! She has a great bedside manner, which was important early on, when my Mom was recovering from a concussion and broken bones. She kept us informed along the way when necessary, but also gave us space. She's clearly a great strategist and negotiator -- she not only got the driver's maximum liability ($250,000) but was able to get my mother a much larger share than expected. I can’t thank Marjorie, Ethan, and Andrea enough for their hard work on my case. I found Heinrich Law online. After interviewing a few different lawyers, I settled on Marjorie. My case was weird because I suffered a horrible ankle injury (multiple surgeries, it was bad) when I tripped and fell in a hole in a driveway in my condo complex. I was on the HOA board at the time. The defense claimed I had no right to sue or to win my case because I was on the board and knew areas in the complex were in disrepair. I am so grateful to Marjorie for staying with the case and being so honest and direct throughout. I truly do not know how Marjorie and her team do what they do, dealing with these big demanding children in adult bodies who deny the truth and refuse to settle until their backs are against the wall. I am so grateful for Marjorie telling the defense over and over we would not settle until they offered a fair and reasonable amount of money.
