Recently, after doing business for over 7 years with the firm. Speaking with one of the partners just before NYE. I was told to contact him right after after several calls and emails. Then reaching out the licensing department only to hear nothing back either.
I ask myself, why now after a month of attempting to retain this firm? (In fairness in 7 years this has never happened). In fairness to myself and money there are plenty of other firms in NYC that can help me and likely for less fees. Time to move and save some time and money!
Ps I rarely ever review anything but receiving a email this morning from the firm asking me to review them. It's some kind of poetic justice I suppose.

You won’t find worst service than this. The level of disrespect to clients is next level. If it’s a super easy case it might be ok. But they charge leg and arm for poor service. Never call back, and when they do they will over charge the call. Liquor license he didn’t get us, all their promises was false. Our lawyer was Joseph Levey. Try to get a call back from him. Usually takes about 2 weeks. Even 1 star is too much.
