My wife and I have been dealing with Herman & Herman Law Firm for 9 months now, and it has been an absolute nightmare. We’ve had 2-3 different lawyers and case managers assigned to our case, and not once have they bothered to reach out with any updates. We are constantly chasing them down for information. The worst part of this experience has been working with Helen, our case worker, who has been nothing short of rude and completely unhelpful.

Instead of doing her job and managing the case, my wife has had to pick up the slack—calling doctors and gathering necessary documents. This should have been handled by the firm, but Helen and her team have failed to do so in a timely or organized manner. The lack of professionalism, the blatant disregard for our time, and the awful communication have made this entire process way more stressful than it needed to be.

We are beyond frustrated with the lack of support, and honestly, it's hard to believe that this firm values its clients at all. If you’re considering working with them, be prepared for terrible customer service, poor communication, and a complete lack of professionalism.

I am amending my 1 star rating as Veronica one of the employees stepped in after the review I left and her communication with us for the week has been better than we have had in the 7 months we have been dealing with this company. She got our settlement finally taken care of and it was a pleasure to have her treat as us important clients.
