I was referred to this office by my primary dentist for a crown. The lady seemed very nice at first, she went in to fix my tooth, only cleaned it HALF way then installed the crown. I instantly told her it doesn’t fit and it was hurting my mouth. She told me to give it some time and if it continued to come back, that she would fix it. I came back days later telling her the same thing. It was hurting to eat on that side, my tooth was to big that she installed and it was damaging my other teeth. She then told me I was wrong and it was a different tooth. She proceeded to shave down a different tooth and put a filling on it instead of fixing the original problem. I came back again regarding the crown and still being in pain. She then shaved down the crown, where one part is completely smooth and the inner side is a blob. It continued to hurt I went back AGAIN this time she referred me to another Dentist. The Dentist I seen let me know the crown was horrible and needed to be fixed. He also let me know that she did not do the root canal correctly, she missed the whole top of my root, didn’t clean it out properly. Now there is infection and I have to have surgery which I will have to pay thousands out of pocket for. I then reached back out to this Dentist asking again for them to fix my crown, the lady at the front desk said she needed to speak with the dentist and would give me a call back. She never did. I called back again. Left a message requesting an appointment. I did not receive a return call. Then this morning I reached out again, let them know this was my last attempt before I file a lawsuit, the lady at the front desk then hung up. I called again. They did not answer my call and let it go to voicemail. If you have state insurance, do not go to the dentist. She will 100% discriminate against you because of your insurance. She will do a horrible job, cause infection, refer you out but she will not fix it. Save yourself the trouble. Do NOT go here.

I was scheduled to do 1 filling on my bottom teeth and before I knew it, they took out 6 on one side!

The worst part was the other 5 fillings they “fixed” were of 0 issue at all because they were done a year prior at another dental office! (I have proof)

EVEN WORSE is they didn’t even do a good job! These new fillings were botched and cracked just after 2 weeks, and now I have a high sensitivity to temperatures which I did not have before visiting this office.

It’s been 2 months since my last appointment and I still have pain and bleeding.

I had none of these issues with my teeth before my visit.

If you care about your health, avoid this office.

Edit: I can’t believe I forgot this but on the DAY OF my last visit, the receptionist called to reschedule my visit from 4pm to 8AM. (Without any reason!)

Luckily I had time that day but I was still CHARGED a $35 Dollar RESCHEDULE FEE!

This place was really cool. They did my x-rays and cleaning in one day on my first visit showed me pictures with the camera before and after the cleaning and rescheduled me for my second appointment. Friendly honest and trustworthy

I strongly advise against visiting this place as it will not meet your expectations. My experience here for dental work was extremely unsatisfactory. The equipment was unclean, and during procedures, I almost choked on metal pieces that were dropped in my mouth. The dentist struggled to fit a cap on my tooth, causing it to repeatedly fall into my throat. Additionally, the doctor sneezed and coughed in my face while working, displaying rude behavior and mocking patients. The office staff was also incredibly impolite and neglectful of their duties. Despite multiple attempts to fix the cap on my tooth, it kept coming off, requiring frequent visits to reattach it. They have now refused to address the issue, prompting me to consider legal action. This is the extent of the poor service provided at this establishment.

My co-worker had a temporary filling replaced today. He is waiting for the permanent crown. The filling fell out just a few hours later. He has had nothing but problems with this Dental office!

Went in for a teeth cleaning. They failed to prescribe me my antibiotic before my appointment even though they had an entire week before hand. She then went into the back and pulled out a bottle and gave me one in office and had me wait an hour. After which I was pulled into the back where the dentist numbed my mouth for a teeth cleaning? And proceeded to use the drill to do a deep cleaning. He cut my gum line and now have a chunk missing in the front. After talking to a friend about her experience here we decided we should leave reviews so other people know what to expect when you arrive.

I dont like leaving bad reviews, but wait time was about an hour and then the x rays and photos took like 30 minutes. The dentist does seem nice, although he did point out how terrible my teeth were, and what concerns me the most is it seems they try to max out your insurance here. I got a second opinion from another dentist in Turlock, and all I needed was new fillings, this dentist was about to take out/modify 4 of my teeth. There are dentists who will also do this to children root canals etc, so I really hope you get a second opinion if you feel it’s excessive, and make sure you are not being taken advantage of by greedy dentists.

Went into this clinic a while ago for my dental problems, believe me I got rid of all of them in no time. The staff was super cooperative and treated with utmost professionalism. Overall a great experience.
