No empathy. Wait until a week before mediation, after I hired her a year ago, to ask for documents. Then blamed me for communication issues and not checking her email for documents she asked for. Questionable billing and overall lack of respect for client. Will expect you to drop everything when she calls and yet doesn't answer when I call.
For instance, she called me in the car to go line item by line item of my sworn financial statement, I told her I was on the car and busy and she raised her voice that this needs to be completed now, then I said, I can't talk to you, your going to charge me for this call, then she got fired up that I question her billing practice. So I was charged for a 30 minute call and still had to call her later for a 20 minute call to go through the sworn financial statement. Next, she said it was my fault that she could come to terms with my abusive ex because I want my kids to have my last name to.
