My family used the Holland Elder Care Law team to help us when our previous attorneys suddenly closed shop without warning us and my Dad's Medicaid status was not renewed. Michael Holland and Martin Sabel did an excellent job gathering the information, filing the right forms and ultimately needed to bring the HHS of Texas to court for failing to make a timely determination of benefits. I am an attorney myself but this area of law is so convoluted and so tricky that you really need someone on your side who knows how all of this works and can navigate the waters safely. They were instrumental in restoring my dad's Medicaid benefits. I highly recommend them.

Personally, without them, I don't believe I would be able to navigate all the policies and conditions for Medicaid. They provided straightforward directions and outstanding care in a timely manner. Communication is their number one key asset, which many law firms need to improve upon. Whenever you require a status update or are confused about one of the necessary paperwork, etc., they are always a phone call or email away. An enormous "thank you" to the team at Holland Law! I truly don't know where I would be without their help. Finding yourself suddenly taking care of a loved one who needs medical attention is incredibly stressful, and can easily turn into a full-time job. My Mother and I used Holland Law Firm in 2014 when we had to place my Father in a nursing home and apply for Medicaid. They were so awesome and guided my Mother and I through everything that needed to be done. I had to put my Mother in a nursing home this summer, and she told me to call Holland Elder Law Firm, which of course I did.. Everyone at this law firm truly care about their clients. They are always happy to answer any questions you may have, and I had a lot. They are always very prompt in returning your calls. I highly recommend this law firm for everyone that needs to go through the Medicaid process, I could not have gotten through this without their help and guidance. They treat you like family.

Mr. Holland and his staff have been extremely helpful when it comes to navigating the confusing and difficult waters of elder care. The dignity shown to our father in talking through some difficult subjects has been so very appreciated. Every question has been answered in a timely manner. They are organized and thorough.
