Nobody is ever at the office. When you do get a hold of someone they tell you to call someone else who doesn't answer. I tried getting help from them with my Mom's house, after she passed, and was told I couldn't buy the house, due to it being in the bmr program. Then the bank wouldn't accept payments from me, they foreclosed, and sold to someone else, who also wasn't in the program. Maybe if people answered phone calls there this wouldn't have happened. I'm honestly not sure if the person dealing with this even exists. I've been told by several others they've had the same problem.

Easy getting into & HELL getting out of! Staff are not accountable & selling process information is not provided. Different mis information every week. 5 months into the selling process & CEO has not responded even after 4 messages- only 1 staff person in charge of BMR sales- best of luck to anyone dealing with this inefficiency. Huge disappointment to say the least. No regard for seller to the point it can cause you to lose a property you are in contract on as you cannot plan around this incompetence. Quick to throw out “deadlines” and not meet any of them - nothing but a runaround. City of Morgan Hill - do better when contracting with an agency to do this important work.
