In my opinion Mrs. Ghisolfo @ Housing Consultants Of America is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to understand & follow training company. She has always been very helpful, patient and courteous in all her training classes / seminars. I would never hesitate to recommend her company to anyone wanting to further their knowledge in the housing industry or to use the services she provides. such as training & file/property audits, during her training classes she always makes sure to schedule enough time at the end of the day to be able to answer any questions that we may still have, and since the industry is always changing there rules/guidelines if she is not sure of an answer (usually due to a rule change or effective date change) she has found out & gotten back to us in a timely manner.

So if your looking for a strong, knowledgeable, stable company to to partner with you have found it!!
