I recently had to deal with an eviction issue, and Houston Evictions came through like champs🤘🏼. Their team was on top of everything from start to finish, and I could tell they had a real passion for what they do. As someone who's not easily impressed I have to say I was by their attention to detail and their ability to make me feel like I was their top priority. Plus, they're hilarious! Houston Evictions hand delivered an eviction notice to pay or quit and the tenant paid. That was great, the tenant just need a nudge from someone other than myself. I admit I am a little too soft and having someone else handle this got me results. thanks guys.

I have used Houston Evictions as my eviction service and they are great. They hand delivered the eviction notice and when the tenants didn't leave the went to court for me. They were very affordable and got the job done. 5 Stars

I paid $69.00 to have 3 days to vacate hand delivered 10/10/2018. I received an email stating order was proceed charged cleared my bank. I requested confirmation notice was delivered both by phone messages and email. No communication was returned. Being an experienced landlord I did not file eviction on Monday 15th. Lisa finally retuned from vacation on the 16th only to says notice was never delivered! If I had filed for eviction as planned on the 15th my case would have been dismissed. Lisa stated the 18th was the earliest she could serve notice because server was booked up. She quickly refunded my fee. I hired another company and tenant was served 11:58 a.m. on the 17th.
The service provided by this company is not the same as when Doug owned it.
