Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Short wait times. Comfortable waiting room (although the soda machine was a bit pricey).

They were able to answer all of our questions and helped us fill out the necessary forms with courtesy and a smile.

This office has made some major improvements!

I am a single mom of 4 I work part-time and attend school full-time. Prior to their improvements it would require phone calls to state delegates to get things done. Coming in was always dreaded due to poor service and attitudes.

Today was a completely different story! Ms. Jenkins and Ms. Broomfield were amazing!

Ms. Jenkins was kind, helpful, cheerful, and efficient in checking not just me but everyone! My wait thanks to her was 15 mins give or take. Which is amazing!

Then Ms. Broomfield was the worker who assisted me one on one. She was very courteous! Even pulling out the chair for me and had amazing manners! She thanked me for answering her questions. She has a very sweet, kind, calm demeanor.

I am so glad to have had the chance to work with her and Ms. Jenkins. They both made me feel like I wasn’t just some lowly beggar, but rather a human being that deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt that kind of support and encouragement. Honestly, today I needed that some days for me are harder than others and today was one of those days.

Ms. Jenkins and Ms. Broomfield reminded me that I am human and deserve to give myself some grace.

Please whoever is their supervisor, you need to give these ladies a raise! They are one in a million!

Miss Jenkins is always a pleasure to work with. She has a pleasant demeanor, she is kind and resourceful. She always welcomes clients with a smile and guides in the right direction to be successful. We need more people like her in office today! Kudos to the entire Howard County Team, they are a great organization and are greatly appreciated.

The staff here was really great! I want to point out Ms. Jenkins for going above and beyond to help me. She was so patient, and a great pleasure to work with her. A beautiful spirit indeed. Visited the Columbia, MD DHS building today, the service was fast and pleasant from the Guards to Ms Jenkins calling our number. Upon meeting Ms Jenkins, she was very knowledgeable about the services we were inquiring about. She was very patient and enthused with assisting me. I felt very comfortable with asking questions. Ms Jenkins provided top tier support and represented the agency very well. Thank you Ms Jenkins for your excellent customer service.

Everyone there was very kind. Had to go a few times to get everything straightened out as a new resident in Maryland. Security was very kind as well
