Susan was very unhelpful. Horrible experience. I had many questions and instead of answering them she filed my return and charged me 481 to do so. I still have no answers and I’m stuck not knowing if she filed correctly. Do not come here. They overcharge and when you ask for any type of customer service or support they ignore you.

This is the longest my taxes has took this my first an last year using h&r block. I always wanted to use them in the past an now i have worse mistake every. I go to mrs quen express taxes 21 days your refund will be here i wish i would of just went to her
