Krystal was amazing! We called her for an IV treatment for our grandma who is bed-bound and dehydrated. She was able to see her that evening! I had two severe gallbladder attacks (gallstones) in mid September, which left me extremely dehydrated and feeling awful. Luckily I was able to book an appointment for IV hydration with Krystal that week while I waited to see a general surgeon. The hydration helped immensely. Being able to get fluids from the comfort of my own home was so nice.

I had to wait three weeks for surgery because my gallbladder was so inflamed (along with my liver and pancreas). I booked a second appointment with Krystal a couple weeks later to make sure I was keeping hydrated.

My veins are difficult to find on a good day, but Krystal was able to find a good spot for the IV both times. I did not bruise from it, either, which is very unusual for me. She did a great job and was very professional and caring.
