Needed to get fingerprinted, and staff was incredibly rude. The security guard when entering was stoic . A little kindness takes little effort. If ur getting fingerprinted due to bad choices or for placement of a child, which was my case everyone deserves to be treated like a human being.

Had never been fingerprinted before. Identogo was great. Nice office, very clean, friendly staff. They were very accommodating even with myself and my wife running late. Made the whole process very comfortable.

Wait time was a little long and I wasn’t able to do what I needed to do which was hazmat background check and fingerprints. The nearest identogo that will do that is in springs. 4 stars for the lady working being kind and giving me the information I needed.

If I could give 0 I would. First of all, this isn't the correct address, and nobody would answer the phone to find out where they were. I made an appointment online, and went early. On the door was a sign saying they weren't doing fingerprinting indefinitely! If that's the case why can you schedule an appointment? Not a good way to run a business

This office was very rude when asked to explain why they did not have a manual way to enter DL info. Or what the next step would be? They seemed aggravated I asked. I was then given a fake number to report my concerns.
I’m am military spouse and recently had to obtain a CO state license. They gave me a temporary Colorado identity document (for this exact purpose). Iesha and Bailey were very rude! Iesha said “ does it look like we can put paper in our scanner? That’s a piece of paper.”
I replied “ no shit” because that was very disrespectful. (I give out what I get! )
I will definitely take my business elsewhere and recommend my friends do as well.
