Pues que les puedo decir.....en cuanto a los abogados son muy amables te dan una información correcta te tienen paciencia en cuanto a todas las dudas que pudieras tener en cuanto a tu proceso.... PERO! Lo único que me impide darle 5 estrellas es la que atiende recepción, es una persona tan falta de empatia, trata a la gente como basura, como si estuviéramos retrasados, tiene una arrogancia que creo que no va con el lugar, es cierto que es un lugar para personas de bajos ingresos pero esta persona que por cierto su nombre es Maria elena estrada tiene una forma de tratar a las personas que parece la dueña del lugar, deberían de mandarla a unos entrenamientos de como tratar a las personas, yo use sus servicio la primera vez aproximadamente 5 años atrás y ya trataba pesimo pero regrese por el trámite de otro familiar y me encuentro con la sorpresa de que esta peor!!! Yo no se si así les funciona o así es su entrenamiento para dicho lugar, pero a mi en lo personal me hizo sentir muy mal, con ganas de ya no regresar, pero desafortunadamente tenemos familiares que ocupan de sus servicios , .....
