We’ve been going to Snowmass for almost 35 years and have been renting from Incline in the Snowmass Mall since the beginning. We ski for only a week each year and really want quality equipment and service, since it’s our only skiing for the year. The Incline team are the absolute best and we are greeted every year like family. Every person who has helped us is knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful. We reserve our skis on their web form every year prior to arriving and get a discount doing it this way. When we arrive, they know we’re coming, and they have it all organized; the whole process is quick and easy and we are out on the slopes in no time. I recommend renting their Demo package if you’re serious about good equipment and comfort. Sometimes we want to change boots or skis depending on conditions or feel, and the Incline team is great in making adjustments and getting us in new equipment. The location in Snowmass mall is very convenient, for both walking and driving customers. Highly recommended!

Demo snowboards are well worth renting. The staff was quick to get my gear setup and fitted.

They also sell many gear items if you break your goggles or personal items.

owner is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! prices are excellent!! as a first time skier, his advice is making a world of a difference. he is going to get us all set up with everything we need yet isn’t over selling a single thing. he even recommended a company outside of his for lessons even though it would mean we would have to rent our equipment there for the first day instead of his shop. he even went so far as to give us an amazing lunch rec - the stew pot! cannot recommend this place enough

Dave, John and the whole team were fantastic. Right from the time I called to reserve, through to picking up the equipment, and then needing to make some changes due to an injured skier, the team at incline was all fantastic. They are a high energy, caring team who really want you to have a good time at Snowmass. I highly recommend.

Incline Ski at the Crestwood Condominiums, and the staff, Tyler and Chris, were absolutely phenomenal. If you’re staying at Crestwood, this is your place to rent/store your skis and boots overnight.

We had a guys trip out to Aspen Snowmass - some of us rented, some of us brought our own skis, but all of us got the same great service. Specifically Tyler and Chris would take our boots on and off for us, allow us to store our boots on heaters overnight, and leave our skis there overnight too. Next morning? Walk 50 yards to the shop, boots on, skis on and you’re on the snow out the door. And they also had great tips on which trails might be in great shape, along with restaurant recommendations. If you’re in Snowmass, give these guys your business. It will make your trip. Thanks Tyler and Chris!

This is the one! This was my first time renting a snowboard as I usually have my own equipment. I was nervous about finding a board that I would have as much fun as my personal board. I ride a warpig and really enjoy carving and laying deep trenches. They had a very nice, looked brand new wide board that arguably I enjoyed more then my personal board, the boots were comfortable, offered to help exchange any equipment make changes to anything. People are very nice and friendly.

Got my skis tuned here after waiting way too long - they were VERY beat up and I was thinking that I might even need a new pair but incline had them looking brand new! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They made me feel comfortable and were clearly very educated on all things skiing! A true 5 star experience compared to other shops. I will be back next time I need anything for the mountain. Make sure to stop by this confident location next time you ski Snowmass!!!!
