I purchased a 2024 Buick Encore GX ST from Ingersoll Auto of Danbury over a year ago (September 2023), and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish! When I was shopping, I was really focused on finding a car with top safety features and modern technology, with a sleek design. The Buick Encore GX ST checked all the boxes—offering advanced safety features like lane-keeping assist, forward collision alert, and HD surround vision, all of which make me feel secure on the road. On top of that, the technology package is incredible, from the intuitive infotainment system to the seamless smartphone connectivity. The best part? This car feels luxurious without the luxury price tag. The dashboard has a sleek screen design that is similar to the new Cadillac's, and let me tell you, it leaves you with an impression!

A huge shoutout to Chris Greco, my Sales Consultant, who was so patient and knowledgeable. He walked me through every detail, making sure I understood all the features and felt good about my choice. I also want to thank Sue Demecs, the Financial Services Manager, who made the financing process easy and straightforward. Sue really made it enjoyable to go through tons of paperwork and really made sure I felt comfortable with everything.

The service department at Ingersoll Auto is another standout—they have the largest service department I’ve ever seen and offer amazing flexibility with appointments. It’s been such a relief to know my car is in great hands for maintenance.

Have to say probably the best experience I've had in a dealership in quite some time. Corresponded with Nina via email who shifted around my appointments due to my car having an issue, Was nothing but helpful and enjoyable.

Leo, the salesman was incredibly gracious, Gave me the info I needed on the car and gave me a bit of freedom on the test drive which basically was what made me decide on this car and not another. When it came down to making the deal, there was no nonsense, He knew I knew what I was doing and worked With me to get the number I was aiming for.

Pete, the salesman was also very straightforward and of course, as dealerships do offered warranty coverage, but did not try to push and be oppressive when I declined, That type of respect Goes a long way.

Very painless process and due to this, I promise in two years I will be back For a Corvette.
