Perhaps the thing that impressed me most about Irwin Fraley lawyers was nothing was "sugar coated". He was very straight forward and told me what to expect each step of the way. Going thru my case, from start to finish, they kept me informed of each step and what the options were and what the risks were. There were no empty promises made just to keep the client happy which I know sometimes occurs when seeking counsel. I will definitely call them again if I ever need counsel in the future.

I cannot say enough great things about this law firm! Nobody wants to be in a position to have to deal with attorneys, especially when it's because of medical malpractice. I called this law firm while my husband was still in the hospital and was contacted immediately by Joy. Not only did she come to my home to meet with me to hear our story, she actually really listened and cared. She was just the first person in the firm who showed how a law firm should treat their clients. Brad is awesome! He is very responsive and fair. It is apparent he cares about his people and we will forever be grateful to this office and the care consideration they showed for us and our case. I would recommend this office to anyone!

Reached out to Brad a little back about a settlement/lawsuit & asked me to reach out to him to provide information that could help the case & me. When I called, spoked to him about the situation of my experience & further issues to make a even more solid case. He told me he will be in contact when something happens or the next step needed to be taken. He hasn’t contacted me or gave any updated emails, so I decided to contact him again. In response, he’s not going to have me onboard with the case but to pawn me off to his colleagues to try to get on a case & Good Luck. Brad is unprofessional, deceiving & lives up to the low life standards of a typical lawyer. Do yourself a favor & don’t help him because he’s only out for himself, not to help you!!!!
