Ever since the state went to every county helping every county , nothing but problems
You get approved for things only to find out you wasn't or have services only to find out they stop them with no warning . Or get to a doctor or pharmacy to find out you have no insurance.
Send you mail to request information and have 3 days to provide . Turn information in before it is due to learn they cancelled services days before
Very scary stuff when your loved one has a terminal illness. 🙁

I filed for benefits here that I know my family qualifies for. My latest application was submitted in December. It is now February and they still haven't been able to finish processing my application. I've had terrible experiences with some of the staff who answer the phone with the exception of one person. I never get answers, they do not send proper correspondence, and if you have any other options I highly recommend you use them before turning here. I'm sure there will be a new issue with my insurance after I post this review, as that seems to be a favorite way of retaliation. I would love to see an entire new staff introduced here since the current ones seem to be so incompetent.

They never answer their phones. Ive been calling all morning and keep receiving a busy signal that "rings" four times before forcably hanging up. Hard to call and update/ask questions from a place that presumably doesnt turn their phones on in the first place.
