Horrible services! I retained Justin griffin attorney 2021 for divorce. Met him over computer while paying him in office . Never met him for a year until a court date which he postponed . He has received massive amount of money . He never returns calls. Only meets court dates but missed last one and did NOT inform his client. He does not know his cases and never dies his job. Never returns calls NEVER. His office is not efficient he takes your money and does nothing . Horrible attorney and should never practice law . Actually he should lose his law license. Be aware ! I can not stress to you how bad this so called attorney is. He did not know my case and never defended me and I lost everything to his incompetence. Still fighting for my life and it’s 2025!!

I got in my wreck in 2018. I was promised a large pay out $75k from Justin’s mouth. 5 years later with 2years of absolutely no communication from this firm until we had to threatened to report them to the board they finally gave me a number… 13k. Significantly less than $75k, but I was still grateful and was told I’d get that check in the mail. They ignored me for 3 months. I had to drive an hour to their office to confront them and in the end they only gave me $3,000. I was ignored and treated less than by these people. They are very heartless and do not care about your best interest I highly recommend choosing a different firm and don’t believe any of these positive reviews. All the negative ones sound similar to my story. Justin took $5000 out of my cut despite the fact that I’ve only talked to him maybe 3 times personally in the last 5 years. He missed a court day we were supposed to appear at and didn’t give any legal counsel or assistance. His secretary Krista is the devil and he makes her do and handle all his dirty work. She dismissed me and didn’t answer my calls emails and text message for 3 months. THEY WILL NOT FIGHT FOR YOU AND DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU! CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE THIS IS YOUR WARNING. I have never felt so belittled in my life. When I met with Krista (not Justin) Justin sat in his office unbothered by my presence. She spoke to me very condescendingly and said “at least you got a little bit of money” “ there’s nothing you can do about this legally everything is done”.This is for my black people do not trust these people at all they are scam artists truly.

I hate giving anyone 1 stars. I reached out to J.A LAW FIRM right before COVID hit. Everything was gone well and I was thankful that he was willing to help my mom and myself with our case. Covid hit and of course everything paused. After COVID settled down, we started reaching back out. We started getting the voicemail and emails not being returned. Finally someone started picking up the phone, another lawyer who I hadn't delt with. I kid you not. Between my mom and I we have called the office form 2021-2022 about 30x I mean we understand things are crazy, but EACH TIME we call he says he will call back and he NEVER HAS nor has his assistant or himself call back. One time I called he stated that they had canceled some cases and letters where sent out. I told him not one time have I had any communication with anyone from his office. Our case should have been open and close since we had video of the other driver admitting what had happened, and all the proof they needed. One time he told me that the drivers insurance company doesn't want to pay. Now I'm no lawyer and I am not dumb but isn't that why I hired a lawyer because the insurance company didn't want to pay. Yes I have tried to find another lawyer but was told I am over the time limit and I have to stick with them. I really wish they could finish our case correctly. That's all we ask for.
