The man is incompetent. It took a month to schedule the first meeting to review the documents. On the first review there were multiple typos. I was assured he would correct it before filing. I just picked up my copy of the paperwork. And it’s still spelled wrong. If I have to go back to court due to Jack Sherman’s incompetence, I’m filing a complaint with the Bar.

Jack Sherman hasn't did anything in my criminal case that I asked him to do . Mr. Sherman has gotten older and has become incompetent to represent in criminal law ! He has done nothing but take money from me without demonstrating any positive results other than setting my court date off to allow more time for the prosecution to violate my rights ! Mr.Jack Sherman hasn't gone over discovery with me to address any of the facts that exonerates me from prosecution! He will sell you out in court ! Mr.Jack Sherman admitted to me that he has withheld parts of my discovery and that he thinks I'm guilty; this is not the kind of attorney that you want representing you in a criminal case !
