I was involved in a truck accident. I called Jacob to help. It started out fine at first but then went downhill very fast. I was switched between several lawyers because they either quit or got fired. My lawyers didn't know what was going on and I couldn't get a call back from any of them. My last two years there, I couldn't get a call at all. I am very dissatisfied and have switched attorneys.

It was challenging to reach the team by phone or email, and when I did, the responses were often vague and not very helpful. Do not do business with this law firm Jacob will lie and do what ever he can to keep your money my case has been going on since 2019 and is currently still going on . He sent me to different doctors to get surgery and provide and sent disgusting equipment to my house for recover , he has my money right now but refuse to give me breakdown of the bills and to where the money is supposed to go and my share , I wish I read the reviews and did research before picking up the phone and calling them , The commercials made me think they were right to go with . I didn't even want to give one star . If you want to wait 6 years for your money this is the place to be but if not then don't use them and oh he only responds to the good reviews which were paid people . P. O. S

I'm going on a year and a half since my accident, I have called the office multiple times this morning for an update on the offer they sent the insurance. I was transferred to several voicemails and was told my previous case manager is on "leave". When asking to speak to anyone they said they can't find my case and their systems are down. I was able to get treatment through several providers with their company, but I cannot contact anyone regarding my settlement.

It took 2 years for my case to be closed and my arm is still injured after all the horrible therapy they gave me that probably made it EVEN WORSE and on top of that they kept most of my money and only gave me $4,000. i do not recommend. find someone else!
