I was referred to this law firm for a case I have. I spoke w Sean Ihne. After speaking to the Sr partners Sean advised that my case was not one that the firm specialized in and therefore they could not give me the best representation. I asked Sean if he could recommend another attorney / firm and he told me he would look into it and get back to me by the end of the day. And Sean did take the time to draft and send me the email.
- very professional consultation and Sesn went out of his way to help me. I can see that this is an upstanding firm that is trustworthy. They tell you what they can do and they follow through with you on it. If you call them I expect that you will receive the same degree of solid professionalism.

I can't say enough to explain how great Frank Maffei and the staff are. From the first call they made me feel at ease. Everyone at the office went above and beyond to help me. Especially Lillian, she got back to me immediately every time I emailed her. Sometimes I would send an email late at night hoping to hear back the next day and she would get right back to me that night. Definitely a law office that cares about their clients. I recommend them 100%.

I have used Mark G and this office for many years now, for both work and personal issues and he has never disappointed me. The most unprofessional experience of my life. They will waste your time and money. They fail to communicate, answer questions and follow up. Standard procedures not followed through. I almost feel as if it was there goal to be replaced. Calls, emails and questions are blatantly disregarded. Unprepared for court dates with no discussion prior to. After 18 months, nothing has been accomplished and I was left completely in the dark about my case. They obviously cannot handle their workload and it will cost you emotionally and financially. Unprepared, unprofessional and unresponsive.

This review is well overdue. Mark Goldsmith and his staff, for many years, have handled everything that we have given them. They provide a wide range of services, some of which may not even be listed on their website. Along with an excellent knowledge of the law, Mark is the best "Hallway Lawyer" that you can find anywhere. He gets the job done. My hat is off to this firm and everyone associated with it.
