Jack Alexander took my case and WON him and his team not only got the maximum amount but refused to back down when presented with lowball offers. When I first requested a consultation I was worried about me being able to pay them but they wont accept money unless they win and which point they take it out of the settlement which they did and in my honest opinion He earned every single cent! Throughout the process even though long was worth the wait and time. His team is the absolute best and are always transparent with what they are doing and the time it will take. You couldn’t go wrong with James Alexander’s law firm if you need help with injuries sustained by the reckless actions of others. One reason for that is James Alexander himself. He’s an attorney who knows how to listen as well as how to communicate with you I’d never filed a lawsuit before and was nervous about the process, the laws, and about explaining what happened. I need not have felt that way because attorney Alexander was intuitive and quick to understand me. To tell the truth, I liked the guy. He’s very personable, I would say. My nervousness disappeared as I sat with him in a large and comfortable conference room. James told me what of the options available to me. He took action filing a document to protect my rights as a plaintiff in a civil suit if my injury continued to plague me. I’m confident I made the right choice of attorneys. Oh, and I should say he gave me his valuable time for free.
