We utilized this firm for my daughter's case 14 years ago. We were partially compensated for the lawsuit. As a result of a case review from the Social Security Administration, for my daughter, I learned my daughter should've had a trust fund established. I called the law office and explained to them the situation and was told they sent me the money to set this up. However I never recieved the monies and was spoken to very rudely by the paralegal. Informed about this trust not being set up a year ago, I am still fighting for my daughter to receive the monies due to her.

This office told me they have no records of her case anymore and I should've carefully looked over the documents. I was appalled at their response and will continue to fight this office for my daughter's monies.

Do not waste your time with this office as they will not deliver all that is due to you!

This guy is the worst and his paralegal- phone lady is even worse!!!! These people do the bare minimum, they don’t care and if you like being miss treated and talked down to then this is the right team for you.
It seems as if this guy might be ready to retire so he’s putting in the bare minimum and will not put in the right amount of effort to get you what you deserve.
He merged with a new law firm Tinsman & Sciano so beware if you end up going there not to hire Jeff. I don’t know how this guy sleeps at night he’s definitely a Soulless lawyer. 😡👎🏽

I had a friend go to them for a wrongful death. First they took no time to talk to them Said would look over and get back. They had nurse look over medical records. Months went by before hearing from them When they office called they were told couldnt talk they were busy. Then instead of calling to say they won't take case they sent letter. Worse sent same letter to family members just crossed out 1st family members name out with a slash of red marker. Honestly if thats best they can do glad my friend is not represented by a non caring unprofessional lawyer

Mr. Anderson did exactly what he told me he could do. His staff was extremely helpful in getting the documents I needed for my case. My case was solved very quickly and I received exactly what they told me I would get. I would use his services again.

I don't feel like this attorney had my best interest at heart. Never really let me know what was going on, I had to email a bunch of times to find out what was going on. I feel he settled far lower than what I could of gotten. I feel like he was done and didnt care.
