We retained Mr. Killeen due to a sad family dispute over an estate.
He did a wonderful job on a case which became quite emotional and protracted. He wore both his legal and counselor-at-law hats with grace and ease. We especially appreciated his attention to detail and creative problem solving. He and his staff were empathetic, fair, and professional in all aspects of our case.
As with any case, the outcome was not guaranteed; however, we were quite satisfied with our result.

Mr. Killeen, and his staff are very professional, have great communication and make clients feel very important. My mother's passing was hard enough, Mr. Killeen made sure the probate was as painless as possible. For that I am very grateful.

I always heard lawyers have ice water instead of blood but Killeen is the first I know of to send a letter to tell a daughter to not have any concern for her mother's health or welfare. The previous lawyer handling the case dropped it because it was not ethical, but Killeen took the case and got paid.

Dealing with the courts in real life is nothing like TV or movies pretend that it is. Jeffry handled our case very well. The results were reasonable and left a positive memory of the experience. The best part is that the case is over and we hope that we never need Jeffery help again. If we do we will ask him to represent us again
