Jim Golden has taken on my court case back in the spring. He did everything he could to help me get through the proceedings in a timely manner, he worked his hardest to get my charges cleared but he was able to get my penalty lowered as the final result. Jim is definitely one of the best attorneys in the area. Not only is he extremely personable and easy to work with, he knows his stuff and has connections. He helped me get an extension on my court date until I was able to pay. He reassured me this would not follow me for the rest of my life. He told me just to show up to court (nothing more nothing less) & got my misdemeanor charge dropped with ease. Even the judge reminded me I should thank him because I hired one of the best & he saved me lots of money from attending a class I would have had to, to get my charge dropped.
