10/10 don’t recommend
If you felt I Had to many charges for you to handle then you shouldn’t took my case. And that’s the problem you just wanted the money you didn’t give a damn about the case because you never listened to what was going on because if you did then you would’ve known that I didn’t hit a minor . ITS ALL GOOD GOD BLESS YOU ! I gave you that $1500 as a donation ,I guess .I would’ve been better off with a public defender, you live and you learn!!! Start listening more to your clients ,you do to much talking so therefore your not listening. I’ll defend my family at all cost so I guess my jail time was worth it ! FYI .. I hit the child mother not the child and only because the mother hit my child!

Do not use this man. he will take you money and when it's time to go to court he's a sell out. Took me for $5,000.00 and the case was up for trial to be heard, come to find out he'd had been emailing with one of the people i was gonna fight in court!! Took their side over mine AFTER he told me and assured me that he was gonna fight for me. If you feel like wasting your money ,by all means go ahead and use him. Just get ready to get bent over a barrel and communicate via email 99% of the time. very unethical ! JOHN you and I both know you told me that you could win the case hands down. Far as research goes, I had done all of the research along with my wife. It was handed to you on a silver platter. And all you had to do was go to trial. But you corresponded with the opposing team. On top of that, you kept asking me to go to the courthouse to find more evidence. Also I asked you NOT to drop the case and you had went ahead and dropped the case a week or so before even telling me that you'd dropped it. Hush money must be paying goodand why in the hell would I pay you to investigate something when I had all of the paperwork that the courthouse had. There was nothing that showed my mother selling a darn thing. If you had any kind of experience and since you know well as I do that the corporation would have been disolved. Another thing, if there was no evidence or proof i don't think the judge would have wanted to hear the case and denied their motion for a trial. I believe the is some our forefather wrote saying something to the effect that everyone is due a fair and speedy trial and due process. And I've every piece of original paperwork along with every email that was sent between me and you backed up. You wouldnt allow me to see the evidence you claimed you had, so that's witholding evidence from me. I think 99.9 % of your reveiws say about the same mine says about how you stuck it to them for $5000.00 then find excuse to weasle yourself out of going to court. We will have to stand infront of judge of all judges and give account for all of the things that you did me included. But i can stand here and say that what you have done puts you in the same boat as the others that did me wrong. I was a minor at the time the incident occured and anybody with half of a brain knows fully well i was coverded under the (UMA) For you that would be uniform minors act. And also there's also a thing called (POD) For you that would be payable on death. I just feel for you when you have to gp before GOD,even though i shouldn't. Just remember, what's done in the dark WILL be brought to the light. I just hope someone reads this anddoesn't get screwed over like did and so many others that i read about in your reveiws. Sure wish I would have took the time to read the reveiws before handing you $5000.00!!!!!

If you have the time and half a brain, keep on searching for someone else. Would not use this man again if you paid me! Worst decision I ever made, but a very valuable lessoned learned.

GO SHOP AROUND FOR SOMEONE BETTER!!!

Seriously. Go.....Look...... Elsewhere!
Go. Go now. Run, run far far away from this sorry excuse of a lawyer.

This is the worst attorney in Jacksonville Arkansas. What he did to me when I hired him he took my money and then turned around and went and collected money from the other side then said I didn't have a court date and I lost and the judge told him I did have a court date so he screwed me over beware of him cuz he will probably do you the same way. He is not a good lawyer. In my opinion he is very crooked.

Anytime a lawyer goes and takes money from the person that you're suing it' what I call a backstabber.
If John ogle's tries to deny this then please look up the case you will see where the judge had admitted he sent the date for the court date for us to show up and John ogle's let it fly Right on by and he collected money from both sides he's a crook don't use.

Instead of representing us he capitulated without asserting anything. I wouldn’t hope him again for a wooden plug nickel.
Just got out of prison? My wife would have been really angry and my CDL would have been being used illegally. Please get your facts straight. Oh, that’s right, you don’t do that.

Save your money. Don't use this attorney. To make a very long story short, we hired him to represent us in a case out of Texas, and he charged us $5,000 for a total of 14 emails! He also missed a deadline with the Texas courts to file a counterclaim, so we were beyond the time limit to file our case. We cut ties with him, and he wouldn't return any of our money, so we were out the $5,000 for a measly 14 emails of correspondence. That's nearly $400 for each email! Absurd, not to mention unethical.

Not to mention, he is incredibly rude when you ask him just about anything. He seems to make quick, knee jerk reactions instead of thinking things through. Definitely would not recommend.

I would not recommend this
Man to any parent needing help with a wrongful death lawsuit of the child. He has a Texas license and my daughter lost her life in a terrible car accident in Canton TX. He was extremely rude and I was at my lowest after losing my 18 year old daughter. So maybe he was run down and overwhelmed with cases. He sent rude email replies also emailed at 2am on a Sunday morning telling me my about mistakes I made. Luckily I had a couple of close family members to keep grounded. It’s a hell of a thing to treat a grieving parent whom said they don’t know the law as a idiot. Hence the reason for why I asked him for legal advise. He was a terrible example of the professional attitude that other lawyers I’m familiar with have.

Yeah this is my brothers lawyer and he is the literal FIRST ONE to ever care about his well being or his case. He handled it professionally, although he could have been more responsive during phone calls etc, he really showed out during the trial and got my brother the best outcome for his future. This man is a godsend, and I honestly don’t know where my brother would be without him.
