I originally attempted to retain mr ness. Not only did he then take the other party on as a client, but Kevin ness is a poorly versed attorney. He doesn’t understand the due process doesn’t research the cases he represents and is ignorant to Montana law. He thinks because of his profession that he gets to determine what is and isn’t worth cps’s time. Even going as far to claim he’ll get the investigation dismissed like it’s litigation. He is willing to violate court orders and Montana state law while making libelous claims despite what has been proven again and agin over the course of half a decade. He seems to enjoy the defense of child abusers. If you want a family law attorney that doesn’t understand Montana law and supports the neglect and abuse of children then this is your guy. My daughter came home with a massive diaper rash at 6 and his response was essentially “well a year ago she had an accident at your house it was probably that”

He seems to think that children being molested, covered in bruises, and I’ll fed is something that isn’t an urgent matter. To quote him exactly “it is a waste of cps’s time and resources”. What a guy.

If you are looking for an attorney for divorce with children involved- CALL SOMEONE ELSE- ANYONE ELSE!!!! You will do nothing but spend money, time, and get absolutely no where with Groenke. I would highly recommend self-help library, court appointed attorney, your 5 year old nephew- ANYONE. If you want to waste money, get no where, and get robbed, call up Groenke for the worse experience possible.
