My initial thoughts on therapy were always those of apprehension, and skepticism. After being referred to Josh, my first session with him changed my mind. Self improvement is typically difficult, even with guidance. Josh made identifying personal goals and actionable steps towards them much easier. Even after moving from the Northeast to Kentucky, I've refused to see anyone else and still maintain our scheduled meetings via online methods. I wish there was an efficient way to explain how much Josh has helped me in the past 4 years, but there isn't enough space in this review to do so. If there is one thing you should take from this review; it's that if you sit down and speak with Josh once, you'll probably continue to do so for years to come.
